• Billing: Subscriptions are automatically renewed until canceled.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.

Our service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pyxl and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Image Generation Rights: You retain the rights to any images generated through our service (including via our website, ChatGPT, or API), subject to our terms.

You agree not to use our service for:

• Any purpose that is illegal or violates these Terms
• Creating or distributing harmful content
• Attempting to compromise system security
• Infringing on intellectual property rights

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. For data created via ChatGPT, you may request deletion by contacting us at support@pyxl.pro.
