The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve our AI image generation services
• To generate, store, and display images you create (including via ChatGPT)
• To manage your subscription and token usage
• To communicate with you about our services and provide customer support

We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share information in the following scenarios:

• Generated Images: Images you create are stored and may be publicly accessible via URLs (e.g., on R2 storage). Anyone with access to the URL may view the image.
• Service Providers: We use Supabase for hosting and storage, and external AI providers for image generation. Data may be processed by these providers.
• Legal Obligations: If required by law or in response to legal requests.

We employ measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, and misuse. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as required by applicable laws. Account information is kept for the duration of your active account, and for a period of up to 12 months following account deletion. Generated images are stored until you delete them or close your account.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may delete your account and images through your account settings. For data processed via ChatGPT, you may request deletion by contacting us at support@pyxl.pro. We comply with GDPR (EEA) and CCPA (California) requirements.

Our services are operated and managed from the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with GDPR requirements. For California residents, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
